Hi Bigger Pockets,With social distancing and sheltering in place throughout America, is it possible to do any Real Estate Investing virtually?

I understand the art of hospitality, connecting with people, and working hard.

What’s the best way to send a contract to a seller if wholesaling virtually?

I belong to the LAREIC and Ventura REIC and they have classes on Occasion but was wondering if there might be anything in person (I know thats a big ask in this day an age ) or maybe a very good virtual course .

We do have 1 monthly virtual meetup which is under “pints & properties” on the events tab here.

When your doing a double close virtually and C buyer is funding both transactions is there any documents that I would need to sign and if sign could I sign them electronically or do they need to be notarized 

@Carl Flint I think virtual is the way to go right now for the next 2-4 months.

I want to swing a hammer and learn the finer art of restoring old homes.

That said, old lumber was usually old-growth and some of that lumber is virtually petrified so that nothing's going to eat it or rot it.
