Any Recommendations for Wholesale Courses/ Classes ?

Hi Everyone, I'm a new investor to the wholesale business in the LA / OC areas in SoCal. I've been doing quite a bit of research and learning online and on the forum here. I was just curious if anyone has recommendations for any local resources or online courses that they have used or would recommend as a stepping stone. 

I belong to the LAREIC and Ventura REIC and they have classes on Occasion but was wondering if there might be anything in person (I know thats a big ask in this day an age ) or maybe a very good virtual course . My personal budget for the course is between $100 - $700 for the right kind of course and offerings. 

Please let me know what you all have experienced or would recommend NOT doing. Thanks !
