If the PM is screening correctly an eviction should be a fairly rare occurrence. 

Those just tell me the realtor was probably unnecessary for a seller that can price their home right. 

Get some landlords who actually care about screening their tenants and making the world better for their neighbors.

I guess with proper screening, it really shouldn't matter that you can get good tenants.
