In reading the beginner’s guide on here, I’m seeing that it’s often advertised that Wholesaling is the most simple of the strategies and that you won’t need any money- but that that is inaccurate because “you’ll ultimately need financial resources to build your marketing funnel.”

You may consider adding to your expenses any advertising costs (for instance, $5 x 365 x vacancy rate) so that the cost of advertising during your vacancy would be foreseen.
