Individuals usually are lower traffic units maybe duplex, 4 plex, single family homes.Were a property management company has usually lots of tenants in a very concentrated area.Individual don't have as many amenities usually like a pool or work out room but peace and quite are priceless.I think each can be as attentive as the other to their residents needs.

You also might want to brush up on your negotiation skills so you can approach them with confidence.We can't use bandit signs here in Philly but if they're legal in your area a good trick is to look up traffic patterns on Google maps and place them at the most congested intersections in your market area.

These companies all have commercial brokers so you won’t be talking to them directly and things you will need to know are are job growth, demographics, current vacancy factors, how is property zoned, etc. if it’s retail or food they will want to know what stores gross in the area, what are traffic trips etc what is rent rates in area ....In today’s market - small town areas see very little development as office and retail are struggling nationwide and are only successful in newer mixed use developments or established areas.
