Going tomorrow to look at my fifth house - hopefully this one will meet all the criteria. 

Q&A OPEN HOUSE - DEMO VERSIONI'd like to do this tomorrow.

We agreed that I will come back the next evening (which was tonight) and I unfortunately had to work at my regular job until 8h30pm (although I do love my day job as well) so I tried to knock at his door earlier in the afternoon and he was not home from work yet.I will try again tomorrow and I will prepare a very simple, direct pitch to close this deal, Hello _____, We have spoken many times in the last week.

I am thinking of calling again tomorrow with more of a pitch letting them know I am from the area and whether or not they are interested in selling the home. or I was also thinking of sending a hand written letter asking if they are interested in selling the home. 

I'll should have a name & number to you tomorrow.

I'm also new but have digging through this like there's no tomorrow.  

Found BP because I attended a Fortune Builders 3-day seminar (day three is tomorrow) and decided to dive into their credibility a bit and it led me here.

So the fact that the legal document I am holding which has no signatures and no notary stamp and on public record, only the 82 year old is the owner, this is definite proof that she is the owner, she document was never recorded and if she died tomorrow, the 4 would  not inherit anything, just the two adult children (the guy in the basement and the other daughter)?
