I would cut my losses and move on , can’t make money if your stuck, as far as dealing with county and waiting for permits ect the time is always more then anticipated  I could keep going on why I would cut my losses.

Im in the Indianapolis market and I have some land I would like to put up a structure on.Can someone point me in the right direction to start learning how best to tackle this first one and subsequent ones.I appreciate any help you can provide.

They're assigned locally by the AHJ, so it can vary from place to place.

I've talked to TransUnion four times in the past 3 days.

You can try and negotiate somewhere in between the $9,000 difference and have the buyers come up with extra cash at closing to make up for it- but chances are they are gonna want it at appraised value; especially if they're the only offer.

I am trying to figure out whether the quality of renters and level of crime in the area would make it a good place for Class B quality buy and holds.  

Do you have the option to move back into it for another year? 

They would like me to sign a new document to update this so they can sell the loan to an investor.

I'm new to the real estate profession and looking to observe, learn, and get to work.
