I would be more worried about hail, especially with those solar panels, and especially without a garage for the cars.You’ll never recover the solar panels investment (or whoever installed them) as they are shaded by the big trees in the front.

That is why I paid Cash for my strategic Townhome in a small, like new, 17 unit Community with low HOA, on the top of a Hill, the Water Shed Point in a Hurricane, with no trees to fall down on my Home or limbs to blow through the windows.

Also, there were 5 abandoned homes (zombie houses) and then the place next to me with no roof and tree growing in the middle for $1k.

Nurture it, it will grow and blossom into a nice money tree. 

Cutting grass or trimming trees might not be 9-5 either…:) 

If you don’t need cash flow right now, then I’d plant that tree and wait for a few years to refinance or sell and do a 1031 exchange to scale up.
