The difference is you go from owning 25 homes and living large to struggling to make payments and lose all of your hard work.I prefer to sleep well at night knowing I'm safe. 

With how the modern day farmer struggles to stay competitive, I am not sure this is really a viable option anymore.

I would say the one thing that I believe will contribute to my success is my struggle with chronic illness. the strength of character I was forced to develop as well as my drive to get better despite the setbacks can help me avoid being derailed in my real estate journey.
