The “path of progress” is to infill the Phoenix and Tucson markets to eventually be one.

That’s not a straight forward determination with the way it worms it way on SchD’s questions on the second page and the potentially two tax worksheets.

My path is similar to yours.

I was thinking about buying more land parcels hopefully in the path of growth for the companies also for land development for bigger housing companies.

Hearing so many people discuss their real estate investment paths and strategies kept me in the mindset of an investor, and that not investing was not an option. 

We just want to make sure we are doing this the right way to kick things off... but also don't want to lose a months rent if its a lot easier / more straight forward than we think.
