Is it worth it to spend time retiling this bathroom my self or is it fine and won't command much more in rent?

Politically it is not a good look if the US spends to provide Mexico better sewer treatment and fix the related issues.Last I was at the IB pier the pier did not have a commercial resident. 

@mindyjensen it's frustrating to spend time on a post from a mobile device only to see it formatted in a blob like seen above.

The purpose is so  we can spend more time working in ministry, be more generous, travel, and be in control of our time and energy and not have someone else allocate those resources to suit there own purposes.

This forum seems like a great  place I can educate myself without spending 50K.
