The other night I was taking a shower and someone else was running the sink.

I'm quite new at this so I have lots to learn, but with a committed (daily) routine I'm hoping to sink my teeth into something before the year is up. 

Just try putting together an estimate of the materials, tile, flooring, sinks, appliances, plumbing, drywall,tape mud etc. paint, driveway, electrical fixtures, locks, trim, faucets, cabinets, vanity, toilet,shower head, light bulbs,doors ,Knobs, countertops, landscaping...I suspect just in materials you will be close to 40k...do you need to replace windows?

It will sink - Like A Rock, thousands every year and we're discussing a few % points?

As my decamillionaire friend says "Partnerships are sinking ships".

What if you buy a property and the next day a sink hole opens up underneath and swallows the whole thing?

They would log in, open a "ticket", like, "the sink is leaking", or "I think there are mice in the garage", and you, as the landlord or property manager get a notification.

For example, I had tenants call and say they had a problem with the sink.

I'm not sure if you need permits to sheetrock, tape, sand, prime, and paint an existing framed wall, or add a sink to pipes that already exist, etc...

That kind of thing isn't easy and it is filled with road blocks and bureaucracy and can be a huge time sink.
