If you're targeting safe areas with good school districts, I'd consider focusing on the North side of town cities like Woodstock, Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, and parts of Cobb County.

I'm sure there are opinions on both sides. 

The Kitchener-Waterloo market is super hot and will continue to remain hot due to jobs and because it is more affordable than most other options (vs. west-side of GTA). 

We are writing to inform you that this Wednesday 7/25/2018 there will be a crew working on the North side chimney.

From what we see on this side, it is very rare to see a bank ever stray from a loan where they have zero ability to mitigate risk and sell servicing or part of the loan off to someone.

I found out, educated the seller, and the deal went south along with legal actions from both sides:)

On the flip side of that, I actually I had a guy in a Rent-To-Own of mine put in brand new kitchen and he never ended up buying the property.

So instead of renting out one side at $600 you could rent out (lets assume there's two bedrooms) each bedroom at $400 each (obviously utilities will play a factor in how much to charge per room). 

That's not even a political statement or an attempt to flame anyone on either side of the aisle; it's a simple fact.
