This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.

This is the place to learn, that's for sure.Don't forget to setup keywords, and I love the search feature... seems like I have yet to find something that I had a question on, that someone else hasn't already asked.  

I would put these meetings as a priority over any educational seminar.

I've been reading books, watching videos and even going to these seminars that pitch their "mastery course".  

Hands-on experience, in my opinion, always trumps what a seminar or book will teach.  

I personally use Cozy; it started off rough but they've added several features to the system to make me like it more and more. 

Podcast 106 is also a great one to listen to, and it features an investor local to the Greater Seattle Area.

I am looking for any information you may have like books or websites, or maybe even seminars you'd recommend?
