Hangar space has a relatively low cost per square ft and it's not uncommon for tenants to shove cars, RVs, boats, etc into the empty space around an airplane but this will violate airport rules and regulations.PS I have on about a half dozen occasions seen private airports for sale on craigslist.

Looking deeper..this will also have an impact on appraisals and lending practices as closed sales (similar to those with seller concessions) might not accurately reflect in a properties sales price. - Cash buyers could be big 'winner's' as generally there are fewer contingencies and theoretically could obtain a lower sales price and pay their representative directly. - First time home buyers (presumedly those that most intended to bring down 'affordability' could find less housing options)..why?

With the lease to purchase the seller more than likely would ask for a deposit that can be applied toward the down payment when the actual sales take place or the seller can "finance" a certain portion of the down payment.
