Data for March: Leases of townhomes/condominiums rose 7.4 percent with rents up 1.7 percent to $1,596.Data for April 2016: Leases of townhomes/condominiums soared 26.0 percent with rents down 1.7 percent to $1,574.Data for May 2016: Leases of townhomes/condominiums soared 12.9 percent with rents down 5.6 percent to $1,658.Data for June 2016: Rentals of single-family homes surged 20.4 percent while rentals of townhouses/condominiums edged up 1.9 percent.Data for July 2016 2016: Leases of townhomes/condominiums soared 10.6 percent with rents flat at $1,630.

@Jack Gray Well, the kitchen appears to have nice cabinets, maybe just change the knobs and a new back splash to give it some color. 

But the answer was  ATL  LAS  PHX were far better plays at that time because the values in many instances have doubled and tripled. were TExas never dropped but it never has really rose either.

Yet, food for thought, if it's the latter scenario, the offer to allow the buyer to select paint colors and finishes, etc. could be be valuable.

These inspection stations can be busy, and they’ll check the tint color of your windows, your signals, mirrors and if your car checks out, they will give you a slip of paper that you can bring to the department of licensing.

We are exploring the options should we 1) just clean the fireplace to its natural color or 2) Put the tile on the fire place.Any thoughts ?

I love light color palettes, and I see lots of white and light greys here.
