If they just represent first time single family home buyers and aren’t constantly finding off market properties and reviewing deals, you’ll find a better investment through someone else.

The representative said due to Covid, the stopped doing them in May so it will be interesting to find out how many others have stopped as well.

Main job of RE agents is to put deals together that work in their represented clients best interests.They may know investment details and can help, but you need to decide if the deal is good for you or not.

We also serve as owners reps assisting in making sure the owners interests are represented for construction/ renovation.
