I think the key to any multi-unit property is to have trusted maintenance solutions set up, and make sure they can work with your management software for the sake of reporting and record-keeping. 

There has never been a good solution for this.

I do not have any solution for you regarding a Mentor and I have started myself but I keep finding those that want to charge you.  

Maybe they have maintenance planned in the area and can remove it.There is no reliable medical evidence that electrical equipment creates health concerns in the surrounding area.  

Most tenants have owned cottages for 10+ years and rent has been very reliable with 100% occupancy for the past 20+ years.
