Also, any networking ideas in Rochester that might help me connect with people that I could learn from and build Relationships with and Possibly find a deal when a landlord decides to sell a property?

So far I've been networking, telling everyone what I do, and ask everyone how I can help be a resource to help build relationships.

I have some connections that also have properties off the MLS so I am now going to reach out and see what we can do to build our relationship even more and work together.
