Anyway, congrats on your progress so far.  

I was also making progress with Crescom on great rates, but they had a sudden tragedy befall them (robbery/murders) that delayed things to the point where I had to break glass and look elsewhere. 

Many people believe we are nearing a slowdown, while others believe we have plenty of runway left in our recovery.

Update on the progress - There's been a couple guys take me up on my offer.

Stock market is up and has gone up at a disproportionate rate compared to the economic recovery since the Great Recession.

I knew we'd make progress but not this fast!

Five years ago not the story was a lot different but I guess that is progress for you :)There are certainly multis that will beat the 1% rule in northern Church hill (union hill?)
