New Investor in Pittsburgh area

Hello!

My brother, Art, and I have recently completed our first rehab for a buy and hold.  We have just started to set up appointments for potential tenants this Friday and Saturday.  We've both read plenty of articles, listened to the podcast, and have gain so much insight already from BiggerPockets!  And have a a bank already involved for a cash out refinance. 

We wanted to make an introduction because we are both excited to keep the ball moving, meet other local investors and see how we can work with others in the area.

We are part time investors, and see it transitioning to a full time thing over the next few years.  There is interest for flips, and buy and holds.  We both enjoy rehabbing.  We are looking in the following area: Gibsonia, Allison Park, Shaler, Millvale, Etna, Oakmont, Verona, Blawnox, Sharpsburg, and Aspinwall.

This is such a great community and resource.  We look forward to meeting and being part of this terrific community.
