A 1300 sqft double wide mobile (doesn't look as such from the photo of it), sitting on 10.5 acres of land... nothing in the whole town even comes close according to the MLS and public records to have such massive amount of land.

And selling in that 700-900 range properties tend to sit a bit longer because there are less buyers in that price range.I have also considered building a spec home at a considerably lower price, and I am also toying with the idea of putting a manufactured home on it for around 100k and getting a quick return. 

I recall it was about $150 the last time I had an attorney do one for me. 

The guy I used to use sold his business to another company, and he'd never actually sit down and go through anything with me.

We are still waiting on this so we got a second lawyer to going to Bankruptcy Court and requested a Motion to Lift the Automatic Stay.Its all just sitting out there and costing money each month. 

@DJ Harris that makes perfect sense, I recall seeing a video where that same scenario was being role played.

I like to be able to touch the assets and definitely like to sit face to face with my property managers.
