Some I have never even met other than phone and email conversations.

Maybe they can track down the 'rogue deposits' grouped but itemized per tenant in an e-mail ahead of time.

I find that most tax advice I read tends toward maximizing depreciation in the short term, perhaps generally assuming that the reader is in the highest tax bracket and will be for the foreseeable future, so the time value of the money is the biggest consideration.

I've followed up for 3 weeks (phone, email, text) asking about their what their decision was, and it's been 10 days since they stopped their utilities, and the neighbors said they moved out.

I'd recommend doing your portion of the application and log emails/records of you continually reaching out to the tenants to try and get them to do their portion.

I responded to all denial emails/phone calls by thanking them for their time and told them that I will be reaching out to them again soon for my next deal.

Although I haven't "technically" Hired Jeff Snyder in Hebron, I will be going to him in the up coming tax season, and have emailed back and forth with him dealing with business things.

We then charge them pet rent, or, if it is a restricted breed we provide them a lease violation notice and will evict, if necessary.Hey Greg thank you for this…I’m just baffled by her response… she hasn’t provided me with proof that she needs a service animal… she simply emailed me and told me that the law supports her…in other words am I not allowed to ask for a document that shows that she needs a service animal for support?
