Since Chow, Terrier, and Boxer are all on the list I have compiled of dogs to avoid/prohibit, I'm guessing it is likely such types of dogs are uncovered under my insurance policy.

In the past this has really helped in that most tenants just use that deposit to pay last months rent and they skip out on their water bill even though I specifically prohibit this in the lease.I will have to put more effort into the pictures.
