HomeSearch.com won't give any more information, until you register and let them put a hold on your credit card for $2500 to qualify for bid.The friend also mentioned, without looking at interiors he can guarantee that this house need new paint and new carpets for sure, but he can get us better idea on rehab cost later today.Few questionsHow do you bid on this without looking at the interiors?

You can buy a new access card the next time you need to repeat the process.As others have said, google voice is a great temporary option, if you have a phone and can get it set up.

You could track down the owners using public records through the Public Trustee or Tax assessor (not sure if you have property taxes where you are) and write or send a post card expressing interest in buying the property.
