The best yellow letter/postcard content sources?

I'm totally green on wholesaling but have been originating & closing mortgages for a decade. My research says I need to start direct mailing absentee owners. I have my list but I need the best content to mail.

Where can I find yellow letter documents that are working in 2015? Every sample I find online is so old and seems like junk mail. Can anyone help with these docs?
