It can be a bit tougher to find deals there than in Jackson simply because it is a smaller community so stock is lower to begin with and obviously it's a generally attractive community to live in.  

What also played into my recommendation, is the frothy stock  market.

I'd focus on the stock market.

Economists predict upwards of $700 billion added to the national economy, 4% or more in GDP growth and 1.7 million jobs, all by 2020.

Bonds, stocks, gas, natural gas, etc.

That is that like travel agents and full price stock brokers, real estate agents will be put out of business altogether.
