If not, they are plenty of free ones out there that can.As far as tools recommendations, I agree with Jonathan, HubSpot is a great free CRM that allows you to make custom tags/lists and can have contact forms embedded in webpages, popups, sidebars, or stand alone form links to easily share in email newsletters/online forums.

(I've written about the topic on the forums many times).I also have personal experience rehabbing properties with structural issues (unfortunately).I've bought and rehabbed properties in almost every condition imaginable, but I've never knowingly bought a property with significant structural issues--that's my one deal-breaker.

If you're going to manage a GC, make sure to meet them in person and avoid paying for the entire job upfront (typically for smaller jobs, you will pay half upfront, and half at the end).
