As other folks have mentioned, googling for the model number and problem will often turn up a solution.Exactly, I goggled the internet to troubleshoot our perfectly good 5 yr old dryer & found the gas valve solenoids are a common point of failure.

Paying money to cut back perfectly healthy trees seems like a waste.Has anyone come across this issue with a neighbor and what would be the best course of action. 

If they were perfectly functional and they have now been stripped can you hold them accountable for that? 

:D I plan to use all the proceeds from the sale for the next flip or two, I think 1031 exchange would be perfect to avoid / delay the capital taxes.

And that would be if they were working with a perfectly a clean slate.

Initially I thought it was the perfect house hack, given I currently pay $2300/month for a 1bed/1bath a few blocks away albeit in a brand new building.

I’m not sure you’ll ever find a perfect lease for either side :)
