@Brandon Morgan I think you can go it alone but if it’s been vacant 2 months clearly you need to either lower the rent amount or figure out how to do a mass showing like another poster mentioned where you get the property shown to multiple people quickly.

However, the fam member installing them for me is only a licensed HVAC contractor in FL so he's been unable to buy the units at the regular retailers that would regularly sell it to him (like Bryant, Johnstone Supply, etc).
