@James Wise  nailed it, as I was about to chime in since either I didn’t make it clear or all these other “realtors” and non realtors chiming in about all offers have to be submitted, they’re breaking the law, blah, blah, blah” missed the point.....there never Was a written offer to submit, the OP Wanted the listing agent to write up an offer the agent knew wouldn’t fly.
