We do get hail storms and significant hail storms occasionally, just about as often as CA gets fires, mudslides, and fires.

I've heard that MHs occasionally use specialty doors, fixtures, etc. 

I also enjoy a little cigar occasionally. 

Meeting is normally on Thursday nights, occasionally on Tuesdays, and some full day Saturday seminars.

I'm sure not every agent does it, but occasionally I'll walk into a house I like with a customer or I think is perfect fit for another customer. 

There has been several times he has offered to fix things free because they randomly broke shortly after we rehabbed a project, like a used dish washer and garbage disposal. 

My PM has a harder time getting it done quick & clean in Durham vs Raleigh because magistrates have used discretion to occasionally grant tenants wiggle room.Thankfully the one time I had to evict in Raleigh it was 3 weeks and done. 

Just remember it's fun to dream but whether you buy 5 tickets or 200 your odds to win stay about the same.So just drop a five or ten on it and nothing else.I only play the lotto when it goes above 200 million.That keeps me playing it just for fun on an occasional basis and I never usually go above 5 dollars in tickets.

Other than the typical drinking/disorderly issues or the occasional car break-ins that pop up in some neighborhoods I haven't seen a lot of serious or violent crimes in town.As with any small growing city there are pockets of crime that generally stay within some specific neighborhoods which are fairly easily to identify but generally its not bad.
