Should I be as concerned as I am about possibly not obtaining Title insurance (for at least 120 days, explained below).Does the (TSG) protect against cloud on title? 

Annual CRP is required to be given,, certificate of rent paid .. for taxes.. 

I hv good credit and a substantial amount of savings.How does one obtain a business line of credit ?

@Michael Huang...You should have a decent chance of obtaining financing with that much downpayment.  

You may want to check with the local city office to try to obtain a list if you're targeting these types of properties.

The nature of their job is to stay current on all market trends and can be a phenomenal resource for obtaining more information on an area.

Does this 6 month period begin when I first obtain possession/begin my rehab, or does it not start until rehab is done?
