Aside from looking at other local PadSplits in the area, what are some other forms of identifying current market rents for rooms in an area that is not prevalent in PadSplits currently.

Taking the time to speak to local investors and know what an average roi is for your area.

I'm not sure if any local lenders will consider the property value once the ADU is complete when reviewing my loan application.
