I have a few questions related to DSCR loans that I'm not easily finding the answers to online so I thought I'd post some of them here to glean this community's insights.

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

Having a few "dead" weeks where no one wants to see houses, so you decide to go down the shore for the weekend.

So there are pros and cons to both options.

@Jim Johnson yes you can ask for personal connections but also set up Alert words so you can focus on your specific area of interest

So, the model and brokerage is way less important than you think.You should choose a brokerage where you know someone, especially if they work with investors.

I've used Wix and Squarespace before so would be inclined towards those again.
