It's a legit question, but thinking bigger picture, of all the steps you you need to accomplish to take a BRRRR property start-to-finish, credit inquires don't make the list of 100 things to be concerned about when trying to do a BRRRR (someone with more time and ambition than me should write that 100 list blog). 

I'm new to the platform, but this forum caught my eye.

Online platforms, recommendations from experience, etc?

A few well chosen words on google search led me to the bigger pockets platform, which has proved to be an amazing resource so far.I was hoping to get some feedback on my current plan, and or some advice on other options to consider if possible.

I used Cozy when I started out and it was a terrific platform.  

An operator should also provide a minimum of quarterly updates along with email communication, quarterly calls (as needed), and easy access to their team. 24/7 access to an online platform has also become popular.3.

We handle all videography, photography, social media, and advertising over 80 different global platforms, as well as HR coordinators, military housing, and more. 

It has become a good way to filter those who have legit Intentions and specific questions from those who are just dabbling! 

Your folks might be perfectly legit just make sure.
