After we got a tenant living there, the walls started leaking water.

No foundations to leaks.

The units currently rent for $500-$550 each and one has been vacant several months due to a previous water leak in the unit and is being repaired/renovated.

On another occasion, same guy, the upstairs tenant had a leak under the toilet where it sits on the floor, had a plumber take a look, said to me "the guy downstairs must have water coming through the ceiling, did he say anything"?

He said the family has a pipe leak and they need to be moved in soon, stated his company works with insurance companies to help displaced families.

She stated the first year she has a renter she schedules quarterly visits to change out filters, and check under sinks for leaks or moisture problems, and check smoke detectors, ect..
