I have been generating a "short list" of different markets of interest, and one of the areas that seems promising for short term rentals is Branson, MO.

The options we're considering are either a multi-family unit in the city or a short term rental property in the city or up to 2 hours drive from Sewickley.However, we're in need of professional guidance to help us make the best choice for our family and investment goals.If you were in our shoes, what would you do next? 

We would enjoy keeping vacancy rates as low as possible, providing great tenant support, and even some simple maintenance and up keep on short or long term rentals.

Why wouldn't prospective buyers approach the property the same if they recieve the lead through a wholesaler vs. it being listed on the MLS? 

I have been using Batch Skip Tracing.com to skip trace all of my leads, but now that I have Mojo I wasn't sure if I should sign up for the skip tracing service with them. 

To keep it short, there are homes that are right across from the units that looked a bit odd.
