In any case I did find a couple properties that I felt matched what this property could be with excellent renovation along with capturing the amazing landscape and outdoor space this property has - not sure if you were able to see the actual address.  

Harder to destroy a property when landscape is taken care of and neighbors share at least one wall.

With the new curve appeal and newly updated landscape it was able to attract a lot of small families to want and rent the property.
