Hi all, I’m fairly new to investing as far as deals under my belt but I have been listening to all the podcast on BP and countless books that have been recommended by the hosts and their guests, and plan to house hack this spring (triplex in NKY)but I’d like to take it a step further and meet with people in my market and be around people who share the same passion for real estate that I do.

That said, this is so uncommon these days that I have never heard of any investor having this happen to them.

As we are chronically optimistic we thought it would be great to use this opportunity and start from scratch somewhere else so...Florida it is!  So

I'd hold off, Hutto is close enough to Austin to still commute you should be able to find better tenants there than what you have received so far.   As

I understand there is so much more than file work when being a broker: leads, networking, lenders, etc.

There certainly is so much to learn, but even experienced investor can learn new things/tricks as well, so you're not alone!

@Ignacio Linares As far as under 100k, this is definitely doable.

@Veronica Roye you mentioned you calculated the ARV...but you didn't say what the ARV is.  So

Note: As far as taxes I think you'll find the benefits are similar regardless of how it's structured.
