New in FL and new Investor in Brevard County area

Hi everyone,

My name is Niv Kaikov. My wife Merav and I just moved to Florida with our one year old baby Tom and Alfie our dog.
We lived in Los Angeles and had a very successful Airbnb Business. LA County made it illegal to host so we had to close our business and move forward. As we are chronically optimistic we thought it would be great to use this opportunity and start from scratch somewhere else so...Florida it is!  So far we love it! Not to mention that our little one absolutely loves the beach.

I would love to connect with anyone who is working in brevard county area and learn whatever you are willing to share. This is only the beginning for us and we are eager and excited to start building our portfolio.
