Hi Justin,I also live here in the High Desert and I just recently bought 2 SFH here and looking to get into the BRRRR method to increase my portfolio.I have been looking for other investors who are willing to partner up.

Unfortunately, the process has been much slower than anticipated, and we are still not ready to list the property.Additionally, the costs have significantly exceeded our initial expectations, and the property manager has not been very responsive or clear about why this is happening.

Then I would get an attorney to help with the eviction cost.

We've noticed a very strong increase in out of state investor interest in Oregon motivated by Oregon 1031X Exchange transactions and wanted to share some insight into alternative income producing asset classes that are common, attainable and available in Oregon. 

Before you spend any money, you just need to price everything out (i.e. cost of homes, moving costs, installation, hook ups such as electrical, water, etc). 

I keep increasing rents beyond what I thought “market rent” is/was.

If the option to purchase isn’t exercised, he can sublet the deal again to another tenant/buyer, possibly with increased rent and purchase price, depending upon the local real estate market. 

It comes free with my MLS subscription as an agent, not sure what it costs outside of that.
