I've heard that some might find issue to it later so go with a warranty deed so you have Title Insurance and maintain the quality of the chain of Title...I hope this helps. 

Hopefully you can get neighbors on board, that may accelerate the AHJ'S actions.

I'm willing to pay $250k for the home, I was hoping they would counter with something near this range, I've read other posts of people having 5 -6 counters back and forth with Fannie before they reduce the price.

This time next year, by doing a little each day, I hope to have grown my network and taken steps in the right direction towards partnership.
