After doing tons of research (i'm not done and wont stop anytime soon), I feel that using the FHA 203K loan to purchase a fourplex would be the best way to start this adventure.

We started our real estate adventure with a HELOC on our primary and now use it as our safety net, paying it off when we're rolling in rent money and pulling from it when ceilings cave in... :)

Sometimes its the gamble you have to take.

I came upon a few different web sites about people talking about the benefits of real estate investing and after a lot of research it seems like a very exciting opportunity.I currently do not have any real estate except for a primary residence my wife and I purchased 4 years ago.I am here to learn as much as I can about anything that may help me in my investing adventures.
