So today I was doing maintenance at one of my rentals, I opened the closet to access the central AC handler unit to change the filter and after I opened the closet door,  I had to rearrange a few things to clear the space to the left so I can have a clear path to the filter slot.As I moved some clothes to the right my hand touched what appeared to be a human head on the rack.I quickly jumped back and in my mind was a scene in Silence of the Lambs...I tripped on myself and fell on my butt.I was so scared LOL.Glad the tenant wasn't there.

Hi,I am checking a property that probably needs a big rehab in Indianapolis.Before making a full inspection I need to find someone that can do a quick inspection and give me an estimation of what the rehab cost will be.

It's a big book full of practical advice from marketing, screening, leases, collecting rent, etc.

From experience with human beings, we always scout at least three other alternatives who can jump in and take over at any given time.

Property investing is full of long-term tasks, but you will find you have plenty you can do today, too.

We would ideally like to work nights/weekends until we had enough funds to support doing this full time.

My wife and I are full time therapist's in our early 30s. 

Do you want to be a full time flipper or do you want to do more on the developer side or something else.
