A lot of people on this forum are very smart and good at investing.

So I have done a fair amount of research on the forums here and elsewhere as well.Generally speaking, it’s common practice to provide a “preferred return” to your investors.

@Jared M Pilarski I really encourage you to go to the meetup: if you make a goal of introducing yourself to ten people there, you have a good chance of making a connection with someone who can help you along.One other tip, and this is something I have been working on as well, is GET ACTIVE in the forums!

Hi all,I'm new to the forum.

I’m really excited to get started and I’m hoping these forums will bolster my enthusiasm.I’m trying to get to the bottom of HELOC money “seasoning” because once I get access to the cash I really don’t want to wait for two more months to make a deal!
