I'm interested in a Vacation rental and visited quite a few such as Coral Cay, Windsor Hills Resort, and Emerald Island Resort.

Therefore, by looking into the whole process the tools and apps (zillow, batchleads and so fourth) that are used to complete a wholesaling deal are not applicable on the island. 

Actually there are a bunch, even Staten Island and Long Island too.
