DH may get some inheritance when his mother passes and we'd like to use that for investing.REI came up as a plausible option after DH went on for a while about starting a food services business; neither of us have experience or frankly, passion, for that, so I nicely nixed it and suggested rental properties.So, now I'm the point person!

Those who only want deals in BA, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, or South of 51st street in Tulsa, aren't going to find as many, and the ones that do become available in those areas don't last, or the homeowners think their property is worth retail.I see it as most wholesalers quit before they ever succeed, or really learn the business, due to the pipe dream that it's something you can get rich doing with zero money.

I hadn't thought about "finances and wealth" much before, but this summer during break, I picked up a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and it made me realize that I have always purchased things that were liabilities.
