BP Members..I'm looking to establish a solid NJ Fix & Flip Team consisting of Realtors, Contractors, Title Companies, Attorney, UST search providers, Inspectors, Wholesalers, and other investors looking to collaborate.Mind you I am not starting from scratch. 

I had my handyman in over the course of the next week fixing other things and the new tenant was in the morning after the old one left. 

Then figure out who you will be selling to buy and hold fix and flip ect.

However, I am of the opinion that I would give my tenants a heads up or the chance to fix the issue before hand. 

Live in it while you fix it and gain equity and sell it in 2 years to take those profits tax free.

With your budget you may find a seller financing deal where you can fix up a little bit, your money will go further than buying from turnkey providers.

I’m starting to look at duplexes in my area as I work on fixing my credit score and I hope to get into something by the end of the year or beginning of next year.I look forward to being more active in these forums!
