I think I am kind of confused when it comes to the short sale process... are the banks still willing to short sale if the foreclosure has reached final judgement and the auction has been scheduled, or is it more effective to find those home owners who just had Lis Pendens filed and save the bank the trouble of the rest of the foreclosure process.Thanks

now today after finally getting saxon to accept 330 on the same house, they inform him that they wont pay 5% realtor wages, they will only pay 4%.

But -- anyway -- my specific question is: Why is it that after a REO MLS Listing goes to: "Pending" -- it never changes forward to "Sold" - and it never displays the Sale Price that the bank finally accepted?
